Ammo Transfer - Inbound Shipping Request

When you checkout with this item you will be put on a wait list. The wait period might take days to weeks (you can check with us ahead of time if you'd like).  At that point we will reach out to you through the website and let you know that we are ready to have your ammo shipped to us.  Please check your spam folder this notification will come from our web ordering system and you will have limited time to respond before we cancel the order.

If you have your ammo shipped to us without an approved transfer order we will have to charge you a $100 administrative fee per 1000 rounds.

WAITLIST: If you are just adding yourself to the waitlist please just checkout with this item in your cart.  If you are transferring <= 100 rounds (total per week) of ammunition you can skip the waitlist and have the ammo shipped to us immediately following the directions below.

Please place your inbound shipping information in the order comments section. You will need to click Add Cart at the bottom of the screen to continue before the comments section will appear. We need this filled out in order to properly match up your order with the shipments received. Please include the following in the comments:

1. Where you ordered ammunition from and contact information (email/fax) for seller.  You and your seller can look us up our address and FFL information here: ATF FFL ezCheck Site
2. How much of the item you ordered
3. Order number if you have it
4. Email us a copy of the receipt or invoice prior to pickup - this is needed to calculate taxes and is required.  Failure to provide a receipt or invoice prior to pickup means we will use UG Imports MSRP pricing to calculate taxes.
5. Email us the tracking number as soon as you have it.  You will typically not have this when you initially place the order.

By completing this order you agree to pickup your order within 3 business days from when the tracking shows it will arrive.  If we are not open that will NOT count against your 3 business days.  Please plan ahead as your preferred time may fill up and we are not always available on the weekends.  You can schedule your pickup once your tracking number is available.  Make sure your vendor will provide you the tracking number.

• If your ammo is picked up within the first 3 business days there will be no storage fee (collecting taxes still applies -CASH/CHECK/ZELLE  PAYMENT TO RECEIVE 3.5% CC FEE DISCOUNT).  If you are also doing a firearm transfer in the same time frame you can schedule to pickup during the start of your paperwork or at the pickup time of your firearm at no charge.
• After the 3 business days or missed appointments we will charge $10 / day storage fees
  UPS deliveries typically can be picked up same day after 2pm (pending availability)
  FedEx deliveries typically can be picked up same day after 4pm (pending availability)
  USPS deliveries typically can be picked up same day after 2pm (pending availability)
• After an additional 14 calendar days following the 3 business day free storage period you forfeit the ammo to UG Imports.  At this time it becomes UG Imports property and will be sold to recoup costs and space.
• Exceptions can be made, but must be arranged prior to you putting in this ammo transfer order.
• If on the waitlist you will have 3 calendar days to confirm your ammo order is in progress once your spot is open.  Otherwise, your spot will be freed up for other customers and you can place a new order to get back in line.

FEES AS OF July 1, 2019

• $25 for the first caliber/manufacturer (regardless of quantity)
• $5 for each additional caliber/manufacturer (regardless of quantity)

Additional Tax As Of July 1, 2024

• Additional 11% Excise Tax will be collected if seller does not.
